2014 Update

It's been a while since I have updated the blog so here's a brief recap of what's been going on. The 20th December 2013 saw the end to Dan Smith's first pair of custom converse after impailing his foot on glass. I won't show you the gory photos, but a video of the incident can be found here. First TV Appearance!

We've had the first TV appearance for a pair of Custom Converse all thanks to Dan from Bastille! Not only has he been wearing his To Kill A King and Twin Peaks themed converse for every gig of their current European tour, but he's also worn them for the band's performance on BBC Children in Need Rocks and Alan Carr Chatty Man. It's been an exciting couple of weeks! Bastille have been one of the UK's most successful bands this year, and their frontman Dan Smith is rarely seen without a pair of Converse on his feet. When I discovered that the band would be visiting Cambridge on their next UK tour I started to play around with a few design ideas in the hope of being able to get a custom pair to Dan.
