What other information does Custom Converse request?

We respects your privacy and conform to the GDPR Guidlines. Email addresses will only be used to discuss designs, confirm orders and provide dispatch confirmation. All personal data provided (name, address, contact phone number, email address.) will be stored on our secure website system. You may request for your personal date to be deleted and also request to be sent any data currently being stored with the option to amend. We only collect the date we need to ensure safe delivery of your order to you. We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer financial details with any 3rd parties.

Custom Converse may contact you via email to invite you to review any services and/or products you received from us in order to collect
your feedback and improve our services. We use an external company, Trustpilot, to collect your feedback which means that we will share your name, email address and reference number with Trustpilot for the Purpose. Custom Converse may also use such reviews in other promotional material and media for our advertising and promotional purposes.

Anti-Spam Policy

We enforce a strict ‘Anti-Spam’ policy that means we do not intend to sell, rent, or otherwise give your e-mail address to a third-party without your consent.

In addition, Custom Converse will not send you emails that you have not agreed to receive. If you are a member of our mailing list, you may be contacted with announcements, news, portfolio additions, and new products or services.

With each email sent, you have the option of ‘unsubscribing’ from our mailing list at any time, thereby disabling any further such email communication from being sent. If you wish to have specific communications with a member of the Custom Converse staff, you will be required to provide specific information that will be routed to the appropriate contact within Custom Converse.
