It’s holiday time!

The shop will be closed for a few weeks so I can take a little break. All emails and inquiries will be answered as soon as possible, and any orders placed in the last few days will be processed and dispatched as normal.

Please come back at the start of July to purchase your Custom Converse.

How to order

Orders are placed using the Shop page of the website. Select your design and use the options available on the page to create your final pair.

Price

The exact price of your shoes will be dependent on many factors:

I can give you a quote for your order upon request.

Payment

Orders will either be completed through the Shop page using the secure payment method of PayPal, or through a PayPal invoice sent direct to your email account. If you do not have a PayPal account then you can checkout as a guest using a Credit or Debit card, with the optional extra to create a PayPal account on completion.

You will receive an order confirmation email from us and a payment confirmation email from PayPal. Please check your junk and spam folders for these emails. If you haven’t received either of these please get in contact.

Delivery

Please note that all items are hand painted so take considerable time to be created. The current order processing time is 2 weeks. You will receive an email notification when your order has been shipped. I will notify you via email if there are any delays with your order.

UK deliveries will be sent by 1st Class Recorded Delivery which is a 1-2 day service.
All international items will be sent with Royal Mail’s International Tracked or Tracked & Signed-For service. Shipping times do vary but are usually delivered within 1-2 weeks from dispatch.

You will be provided with a tracking code for your item, and Custom Converse cannot be held responsible for any delays in the delivery of your item.

 

Returns

Due to the bespoke made-to-order nature of Custom Converse we cannot accept returns or offer exchanges on items so it is essential that your sizing is correct. Each pair are created as an individually commissioned piece and we do not hold stock of any designs.

What is my UK shoe size?

Colour Chart:

Are the designs waterproof? 

Yes. They are painted with acrylic or specialist leather paint which is waterproof once dry. I would not advise machine washing – just to be on the safe side!

Can I send you my own shoes to be painted?

Yes! If you already have a pair of Converse, Vans, Nike, Dr Martens (any brand you’d like!) which you would like customising then get in contact. I will provide you with the address you need to send them to and a quote for the design you would like.

Swarovski Crystal Customisation’s

We use genuine Swarovski crystals which are made in Austria and considered to be the highest quality product on the market, helping to achieve the best sparkle possible.

Your Swarovski Converse should not be left in over heated areas, such as direct sun light or near radiators, as this can result in the glue softening which can make the crystals slide, and possibly become loose or fall off.

To clean your item simply use a damp cloth to lightly wipe over the crystals. If dirt gets in the gaps we suggest a lightly dampened cotton bud to wipe away any debris. Do NOT pick at the crystals as this will cause them to fall off.

We will include a few spare crystals with each order for you to use to make repairs.
