General Terms and Conditions
Due to the bespoke nature of Custom Converse we cannot accept returns or offer exchanges on items so it is essential that your sizing is correct.
Payment is needed in full before your order will reach the processing stage. Cancellation of your order, or changes to the details for your order can be made upon request, however cannot be completed if your order is already undergoing customization. We recommend getting in contact to make changes to or cancel your order within 48 hours of order placement.
Orders will either be completed through our Shop page using the secure payment method of PayPal, or through a PayPal invoice sent direct to your email address. If you do not have a PayPal account then you can checkout as a guest, with the optional extra to create an account on completion.
Please note that all items are hand painted and products may vary slightly from the images shown on site. Please also allow 2-3 weeks for your order to be dispatched. The exact time will be dependent on the order waiting list.
UK deliveries will be sent by 1st Class Recorded Delivery and will require a signature on receipt. All international orders will be sent by Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed-For service.
You will be emailed a tracking code for your order. Custom Converse cannot be held responsible for any delays in the delivery of your order. Please get in contact if your order fails to arrive after 25 working days from the dispatch date.
Custom Converse respects your privacy and email addresses will only be used to discuss designs, confirm orders and provide dispatch confirmation. All personal data provided (names, address, contact phone number, email address.) will be stored on our secure website system.. You may request for your personal date to be deleted and also request to be sent any data currently being stored with the option to amend this. We only collect the date we need to ensure safe delivery of your order to you. No personal date is shared. We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer financial details with any 3rd parties.
Swarovski crystal customizations:
We use genuine Swarovski crystals which are made in Austria and considered to be the highest quality product on the market, helping to achieve the best sparkle possible.
Your Swarovski Converse should not be left in over heated areas, such as direct sun light or near radiators, as this can result in the glue softening which can make the crystals slide, and possibly become loose or fall off.
To clean your item simply use a damp cloth to lightly wipe over the crystals. If dirt gets in the gaps we suggest a lightly dampened cotton bud to wipe away any debris. Do NOT pick at the crystals as this will cause them to fall off.
We will include a few spare crystals with each order for you to use to make repairs.
